Your growth plan, crystal clear in a day
Ready, set, go: in one energetic strategy session we get crystal clear on which marketing opportunities you want to use to grow. A growth sprint, in other words.
- Marketing as your flywheel for more impact
- A clear, realistic plan you can start on tomorrow
- No endless trajectory
- Without one clear direction, there's no calm and no consistency.

The right course, fast
A growth sprint is a short, intensive strategy session in which you efficiently discover where your organisation's marketing opportunities lie. We dive into your numbers, positioning, audience and marketing funnel, and you go home with a realistic plan you can roll out as is.
A review of your efforts so far
We don't start from zero. We analyse what you've done with marketing so far as the starting point for growth.
Direction, with everyone on board
Together we look at everything from A to Z, so your team develops a shared view of the marketing course.
No endless trajectory
No endless list of ideas, no months of waiting for traction; in one day you have every opportunity and your top 10 priorities clear.
Your question shapes the sprint

Is this the moment?
Here's how you know you're ready for a serious round of growth hacking.
You're mainly looking for extra hands
You mostly want to carry on as you were, and you're looking for someone to do the work. In that case you don't need more strategy, you need it taken off your plate.
- There's already a marketing strategy that works like a charm, or;
- The operation can't handle growth in leads, clients, donors or members, or;
- You'd rather outsource everything without thinking along yourself.
- Door het ontbreken van één centrale koers mist er rust en consistentie.

You're ready to level up
You're itching to widen your horizon and your impact, but in an honest, no-nonsense way that happens to be seriously efficient too.
- One-off actions bring in a trickle, but you know opportunities are going unused;
- You (and your team) want clarity on what to do, what not to do and why, instead of a bit of everything;
- You're not afraid of being challenged and questioned in a positive way, so your impact can grow.
- Je groeit gericht en daarmee sneller, maar ervaart méér rust dankzij een strategie als basis.

Questions?
Good
Investing in marketing is a big step. We're happy to help you work out whether this is your moment to grow.
Who is the growth sprint for?
The growth sprint is relevant for anyone who knows there are marketing opportunities for growth going unused. Whether you're an impact-driven entrepreneur doing a bit of marketing on the side, or an organisation with your own marketer or marketing team: zooming out, reflecting and turning opportunities into goals and projects is always worth it.
How long does a growth sprint take?
The growth sprint itself is 1 day of roughly 6 to 8 hours. It's a full day covering a lot of different strategic elements, so you get maximum output in a short time while keeping everything coherent.
Before the sprint there's the intake, and afterwards the check-in, so three contact moments in total.What do I need to provide for a growth sprint?
That depends on what you've already done with marketing. We look at your positioning, so it helps if you have that fresh in mind. We also dive into your relevant numbers so far during the audit, and for that you'll need to share them with us. Think of the impact you make expressed in revenue, numbers or conversion, but also things like email open rates or how your socials are performing. Anything that could be relevant to your growth, we'll happily put under the magnifying glass.
What do I have in hand after the growth sprint?
After the growth sprint you walk away with your top 10 marketing priorities with the most growth potential, a backlog of concrete ideas, projects and goals prioritised on impact and effort, and a clear, realistic roadmap for the coming year telling you who can start on what, and when.
So this is *not* a fully worked-out marketing strategy, including for instance a content marketing strategy or a social media strategy. But if something like that is relevant to your growth, you will come away knowing exactly what that means for your organisation, and when it becomes important to develop it further.What if I can't carry out the growth plan myself?
Well, as it happens, marketing execution is our thing too. We're happy to think along about how we could support you in rolling out your growth plan, or we can point you to good, relevant specialists from our wide network.
